Dr. Kon Leung, earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at University of Minnesota, School of Dentistry. He has been practicing dentistry in Southern California for over 35 years. He is also an Assistant Professor at Western University of Health & Sciences, College of Dental Medicine. He is passionate about delivering gentle caring service to his patients. He is a member of American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and American Academy of Implant Dentistry.

Dr. Ngoc-Chi (Diane) Nguyen has been practicing family dentistry for 24 years. She graduated from Creighton University, School of Dentistry in 2000. Dr. Nguyen is passionate about dentistry and is caring to her patients.  For the last 24 years, she has been a member of American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and San Gabriel Valley Dental Society.  In her free time, Dr. Nguyen joins various non-profit organizations to do volunteering work for her community.  She also loves spending time with her husband and three daughters.

Dr. Julio Moreno graduated from the UCLA School of Dentistry in 2009. Prior to dental school, he attended UCLA, where he obtained a degree in Biology and minored in Chicano Studies. Soon after graduating, Dr. Moreno joined the Arcadia Dental Group team in 2010. He has served the community proudly for over ten years.  Dr. Moreno enjoys a wide range of activities from playing recreational softball, golfing, and racquetball on the weekends.

Dr. Fernando Zhong is a skilled and compassionate dentist with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Western University of Health Sciences. Before dentistry, he served as a Navy corpsman for five years, fostering his commitment to patient care. With over a decade of experience as a dental assistant, Dr. Zhong brings extensive hands-on knowledge to his practice. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and spending time with his family, balancing a fulfilling career with personal passions. Dr. Zhong is dedicated to improving his community’s oral health with patient-centered care.

Dr. Armand Keuroghlian is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with a DDS from UCLA School of Dentistry, complemented by a biology degree from the University of California, Irvine, and an internship at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, TX. His extensive research in implants during his dental studies earned him numerous awards. Dr. Keuroghlian is committed to patient care and aspires to contribute academically in the future. Outside the clinic, he enjoys sports, socializing with friends, traveling, and speaks fluent Armenian.

Dr. George Abed, born in Southern California, graduated from UCLA with a B.S. in psycho-biology before earning his D.M.D. at Harvard University. His studies included a month at a dental school in Paris, enriching his perspective on dentistry. Post-Harvard, he specialized in orthodontics at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, where he also earned a master's in oral biology. Abed has contributed to the field with three research articles and presentations across the U.S. Outside work, he enjoys travel, sports, cooking, and family time. Known for his energy and approachability, Dr. Abed strives to make orthodontics enjoyable for all.

Dr. Razi brings a wealth of experience and a global perspective to her practice, drawing on an impressive academic background that spans continents. After completing her initial dental training at Tehran University Dental School in Iran in 1989, she furthered her expertise by obtaining a Master of Science degree and a specialization in Periodontics from Loma Linda University in California in 1996. With over 28 years of dedication to private practice, Dr. Razi has established herself as a highly experienced professional in her field, committed to providing exceptional care to her patients.

Rose, a Registered Dental Hygienist with a Bachelor of Science degree, obtained her credentials from USC Dental School. With a steadfast dedication to providing exceptional patient care, she prioritizes the importance of oral health education, ensuring each patient receives comprehensive guidance and support on their dental journey.
